The Joy of Sewin classes at Townfield

Age UK Hillingdon's Townfield Centre at Hayes would like to invite everyone for sewing classes : The Joy of Sewing. This class is for total beginners teaching basic sewing techniques while students make three projects to prepare them for more advanced classes. Black History at Age UK Hillingdon

Age UK Hillingdon celebrates Black History at Salvation Army, 71 Wildharbour Lane, Hayes on 7th October 2010 from 12.00 till 3.30 pm. Come and enjoy a mix of exotic and cultural foods, poetry and dancing. Cost of the lunch is 4£. Strawberry Cream Tea at Hemmen Lane

Age UK Hillingdon's Ageing WellService at Childs Court, Hemmen Lane, Hayes would like to invite all to a Strawberry Cream Tea on Thursday 12th of August2010 from 1.30 pm till 3.30 pm. Free raffle with exciting prizes is going to be organized. Young at Heart 50+ Sessions

Age UK Hillingdon are supporting the ‘Young at Heart’ sessions which provide a fantastic opportunity for older adults to take part in exercise which will improve health and lifestyle. The sessions are on Monday and Friday’s 10am – 12pm and amazingly cost £1 per session. With this letter your first session will be free. Young at Heart sessions are fun, friendly and tailored for over 50’s. Activities include over 50’s gym sessions, low impact aerobics, reggatone, and ladies yoga. The gym is situated next to Minet Country Park where we will be setting up Nordic Walking groups.
